"Old Royal Capital Cetinje is a symbol of Montenegro, and represents the vertical of the Montenegrin state-building tradition. In line with its significance, the Government, by proposing the new Law on the Old Royal Capital, has showed a special sensitivity and attitude towards Cetinje. We are obliged to contribute to its continuous development by investing in infrastructure and restoring cultural and historical monuments in order to preserve the rich Montenegrin tradition," PM Marković said in the congratulatory letter to Mayor of Cetinje Aleksandar Bogdanović and Speaker of the Cetinje Assembly Jovan Martinović...
